A generational movement Ratnavali Arts was started by Ajay Sharma in the year 2007. The entrepreneurial journey of Mr Ajay Sharma and the story of how Ratnavali Arts were created and grown to the charm it is today is beyond words. We are a multicultural business, inclusive of all cultures, and people from different nations arrive at our door, keeping our Rajasthani roots alive. Providing the best of the designs, and high-quality semi-precious and precious jewelry, we have been loved by thousands over the years.
Women are nurtured by nature. They fulfil various responsibilities every day, be it of a mother, a wife, a daughter or a daughter-in law.
Our women artisans are a part of our business where they sole handedly handle thread collection and working with full dedication.
Our ladies are amazing learners and have made impressive progress. Not only some products are made but our women artist has completed thousands of orders of thread pieces. Not only thread collection, our women artisans are working in jewellery manufacturing also.
I’m Chanchal Sharma, and it is with great pride and purpose that I lead Ratnavali Arts. My journey with this brand is not just about continuing the legacy of my late husband, Mr. Ajay Sharma, but also about fulfilling a vision that is very close to my heart: empowering women artisans and building a business that supports and uplifts women at every step.
From the beginning, my mission has been to create opportunities for women artisans, giving them the resources, support, and recognition they deserve. Our team is a testament to this vision, with talented women who excel in every aspect of our operations—from design to production. To all the incredible women artisans who have been part of this journey, and to our loyal customers and partners who support our mission, I extend my deepest gratitude. Together, we are not just building a business; we are building a future where women are empowered, respected, and celebrated.
I’m Aniket Sharma, the proud son of the late Mr. Ajay Sharma, and it is my honor to carry forward the legacy he built at Ratnavali Arts. Following my father’s footsteps, I am committed to upholding the values he cherished while leading our brand into a new era of growth and innovation. My vision for Ratnavali Arts is rooted in the principles of inclusivity, sustainability, and empowerment—values that were central to my father’s philosophy and continue to guide us today. I believe that true success lies not just in creating beautiful jewelry but in fostering an environment where everyone, from our artisans to our customers, feels valued and empowered. At Ratnavali Arts, inclusivity means embracing diversity and ensuring that every voice is heard. We are dedicated to providing opportunities for growth and development, not just within our team but also within the communities we serve. As we look to the future, expanding our digital presence is a key focus. Our goal is to blend the rich tradition of Jaipur’s jewelry craftsmanship with the endless possibilities of the digital age, making Ratnavali Arts a brand that honors its roots while embracing the future.
I am deeply grateful for the continued support of our loyal customers, dedicated team, and valued partners. Together, we are not only preserving a legacy but also building a future that reflects the values of inclusivity, sustainability, and empowerment.
This is the creative phase where ideas are brainstormed and translated into sketches or digital designs. Designers draw inspiration from various sources, including nature, architecture, history, and current trends.
The sketches are transformed
into precise 3D models using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. This model allows for exact measurements and visualizations of the final product.
The CAD design is either carved into wax or 3D printed to create a prototype model of the jewelry. This model is used to make the mold for casting.
The wax model is encased in a plaster-like material to create a mold. Once hardened, the mold is heated to melt away the wax, leaving a cavity into which molten metal is poured. This process forms the basic shape of the jewelry.
The cast metal piece is cleaned of any residual material and polished to a high shine. Any imperfections from the casting process are also corrected during this step.
Precious stones are carefully selected and set into the metal framework. This requires precision to ensure the stones are secure and well-aligned.
